CEO/Founder of MCS-T.O.U.C.H., an organization with substantial experience in reentry. Brian is extremely proud of his PhD from the School of Hard Knocks. He is the author of the “THINK” curriculum, which addresses criminal thinking errors, providing participants the tools to overcome their inevitable daily challenges while incarcerated and upon release.
My message to all I encounter is, “It is not perfection sought, but merely genuine effort. Success is not an option and mediocrity is not choice”.
When asked how I was able to build MCS-T.O.U.C.H. from a mere idea to the Re-Entry 1-stop agency we see today, my response is 3 things,
#1: “I’ve been blessed to be able to surround myself with smart, passionate, and hardworking people, who believe in and support my vision;
#2. I pray, I work hard, I sacrifice, then I pray some more”; and
#3. I’m appreciative of the United States Federal District Court for judicially preserving me with a 131 month sentence in federal prison.
